Green Linen Pirate Pants!!

These are capri -length pants (or full length for some shorter folks) made from an earthy spring green linen/rayon blend. They have 2 front pockets- each trimmed with a multi-color woven silky fabric (same as fabric used on the linen skirt) and slanted slightly for easy accessibility. On the back of the pants is a left hand pocket- same as front pockets, yet not slanted. The waist band includes 3/4"elastic, and a drawstring. The drawstring is made from the colored silky fabric, and is wrapped with navy blue thread at the bottom, and from it hangs 2 brass bells at each end (4 bells altogether). The pant legs have splits at the bottom and the hems are trimmed with the silky fabric.

The elastic is 28" around when closed, and 40" when open all the way. Pants are 31" from top of waist band to bottom hem. Inseam is 19". Pant legs are each 21"around at bottom hem.

All seams are sewn under or wrap- around stitched where needed to minimize fraying.

Wash in cold water and hang to dry.

Red Linen Pirate Pants!!

eeYARRrr!...These pants are the same measurements and design as the green linen pants. They are made from a tomato red linen/rayon blend. The pockets and bottom hems are trimmed in a cotton woven with dark earthy, yet colorful threads: magenta, teal, brown, red, creamy yellow, grey-blue, purple and lavender. The drawstring is made from the cotton fabric as well. I've wrapped the bottoms of the drawstring in red thread, and from each end hang 4 tiny brass bells (8 altogether- instead of the 2 larger bells i used for the green pants).

(Wash linens in cold water and hang to dry!)
